Sun Top is capable of manufacturing and developing prototypes which need to be produced in small quantities and large varieties, the development of special substrate materials, including silicon chips, FPCs, and aluminum nitride, as well as providing quick responses to clients and meet market demands.

Thick Film Printing
Printable substrate materials: ceramic substrates, aluminum nitride, enamel, sapphire, glass, etc. Printing capacities: double-sided and multi-layer printing from two to seven layers, through-hole printing, multi-hole high precision printing, and precision resistance printing.

SMT (Surface Mount Technology)
Surface-mountable substrate materials: ceramic substrates, aluminum nitride, FR4 and FPCs. The size of the smallest component can be as compact as 01005 R/C. The plant uses screen printers with automatic CCD alignment; we adopt lead-free, RoHS-compliant management practices.

COB (Chip On Board)
Our COB department is under 1K class clean room. We offer Die attachment & Wire bonding service. Gold wire: 0.6~1.2mil / Aluminum wire: 0.7~1.2mil / Thick aluminum: 5~12mil
