Therefore, from procurement to making the final product, Sun Top has adopted green procurement policies, lead-free production processes, low-pollution raw materials, and RoHS-compliant specifications to conduct comprehensive management
5S Plant Management Concept
Sun Top has adopted the "5S plant management concept" from Japan. With competence (shitsuke) as the main foundation, we provide employee training on a regular basis. In terms of the plant's working environment, we implement organization (seiri), arrangement (seioton), and cleaning (seisou) to achieve the final objective of cleanliness (seiketsu).
